Recently, Vincent returned to OCUS as a consultant to:

• Secure the transition following a key team member's departure.

• Audit and reorganize the QA department to enhance productivity, quality, and budget control.

• Provide stability and forward-looking strategies while working part-time on-site.

Vincent Verdureau worked as Head of Quality Assurance at OCUS from June 2019 to July 2021, and has recently returned for a consulting mission to strengthen the QA department and prepare for internal transitions. His work spans operational, strategic, and technological layers.
